For parent/guardian of Preschool through Grade 5 only:
If your student is going to be in Preschool, PreK, or Kindergarten through Grade 5 next school year, the re-enrollment will be complete with the submission of the security deposit. The $200 deposit is required for each student at those grade levels. The deposit amount will be deducted from tuition and is non-refundable/non-transferable.
Be sure that you indicate the name of the student and the grade for the 2023.24 school year when submitting the deposit to ensure credit is given accurately. Deposit payments can be made by one of the following ways:
1) Click the payment site: http://ogdeposit.givesmart.com Click on “View Items” under the header Browse, Bid & Buy on the site. Choose the number of students you submitting a deposit for and enter the payment information. Be sure to include the student name and grade for the fall to ensure that the deposit is routed correctly.
2) By texting “OGDeposit” to 76278. Be sure to include the student name and grade for the fall to ensure that the deposit is routed correctly.
3) Sending a check payable to Oak Grove to the address below. Be sure to include the name of the student and the 2023.2024 grade on the Memo line of the check to ensure that the deposit is routed correctly.
